FAQ's and important facts - PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING.

Children Name/s - This is the name of your child/ren if more than 1 please write it as you want it printed i.e Rebecca, Sophie & Joshua

Someone lovable or mischievous in your child/s life - This could be a favourite family member or a friend or a pet you can write just a name like 'Joshua' or you can write something like 'max the dog' or 'Auntie Susan'

Town he is visiting - This is the town Santa/Father Christmas will be visiting on Christmas Eve

I always remember which house is yours when I fly past as I always see - this is something specific to the outside of your home such as 'the funny gnome in the garden' or 'your blue front door' etc. Please remember to not capitalise the first word (unless someone's name) as it is in the middle of the sentence. Also please do not end the sentence with a full stop, this automatically added for you.

We will print EXACTLY what you write in the boxes onto the letter so please do NOT write anything other than what you would like printing.
Your letter will be sent in an outer packaging envelope so please make sure the shipping address at checkout is addressed to an adult.
