Elf Name : This is the name of your elf (max characters 40)

Location: This is the location your elf will be visiting (max characters 36)

Assigned to: This is the name of your Child/ren please type this how you want it to be printed so if it is two children please write Name & Name or if it is three please write Name, Name & Name etc 

If you have more than 1 elf for each child you will need a licence for each elf
