What you need:-

• Toilet roll tube
• Ribbon or string
• Tape if required
• Elf circus prop card

To set your scene simply thread some ribbon or string inside of the toilet tube and then hang your circus swing from somewhere in your house. This could be on a door frame or on a wall. You could sit your elf on the swing, or hang it upside down, whatever you fancy. Then add your circus prop card and your scene is complete!
