Important info for uploading images

Step 1 - We recommend creating an album on your phone and adding all images to the album first. Click on each photo to make sure it is fully downloaded from the cloud, if any of your images are 'live' turn this feature off.

Step 2 -

Your photos can take a few minutes to load especially if some of them are sitting in your cloud,

Please make sure once uploaded you scroll down and check all the images you have uploaded are cropped how you like them.

Once you have ordered we are unable to make changes to the photos you have uploaded so please triple check before you go to checkout. The images will be printed in the order you upload - Upload 1 - door 1 and so on

If you have any issues uploading this may be because some of your photos are 'live' or your photos are being held on the cloud please make sure the photos are fully on your device. You can upload live photos but they take longer and if you do lots at once it can crash. You can go into a live image and turn the live off on your phone.
