Childs name/s - Please enter the childs name or if more than one please write it as you want it printed i.e Sophie, Max & Harry etc, if you don't have enough characters you can use the family name i.e 'The Dickinson Children' (max characters 28)
Town Name: This is the town where you live (Max 26 characters)
Elf Name: This is the elf's name if more than one elf, input it exactly how you want it printing i.e Jingle & Jangle (max characters 26)
Describe kids: Please input one word or short line to describe the child/ren i.e 'very kind girls' or 'Amazing' or 'Very funny' etc (max characters 20)
Elf Photo: Please upload a 'selfie' of your elf, this will be used on the Elfie Selfie card and the Toy Making licence, if more than 1 elf please make sure they are in the same image.
